Two more races at the Chesapeake Bay under a soft rain, steady 17 degrees Celsius, wind from the Northeast, initially 11 to 13 knots, and then diminishing to 7 to 10 knots but essentially a complicated day with the shifts and the intensity variation thru the gray day. CAN 225 helmed by Peter Hall sailing with Will Thorpe and local Bruce Empey had a good day to keep their lead overall, finishing with a bullet and then a third, enough to secure the victory over BRA 73 helmed by Kadu Bergenth ...  read more

Fantastic sailing at the Europeans

A bit too much to be called champagne sailing and probably sometimes missing some sun, but it was almost there, three races were achieved with duration of approximate hour and 10 min. The wind from 230-240 degrees initially around 15 knots then gusts came to end reaching 20 knots at some spots, the downed to the left was always a nice ride in the surfing waves of about a meter, the gate at the bottom mark with not enough separation pushing into a congestion some times.
