How do I comment an article posted at the site?

First login at the top of the page using your user and password combination, then go back to the article you are reading who now insted to show you that you may post a comment if you login, will show you a link Click here to add a comment to this article
Click at the link , fill your title and type your commentary .
NOTE: always better to paste the comentary already typed elsewhere, don´t use double ´ ´ . your session once logged in lasts 10 min only.
OBS:
- Only a few articles can be commented, Technical ones and Articles that are posted by the administration but are Columns from sailors.
- Only ISA members with their dues to their NSAs paid can comment an article, the same to vote, to appear in the ranking, to search for sailors, to post ads in the market place, etc.
