It was enough to crown ITA 259 helmed by Bruno Maffezzoli sailing with Pierfrancesco and Alessandro Maffezzoli.
The event held at the Circolo Vela Bellano on Lake Como started slow with rain and some difficulties from the Race Committee to set the marks under the rain, making the day to be lost without races. But it all was compensated during the night with a nice dinner at Trattoria al Ponte bringing smiles back to each sailor's face.

On Sunday the typical weather emerged and the first race at glance with the stronger wind of the series in a typical Breva wind, popped the local CVB team ITA 252 helmed by Alberto de Amicis sailing with his son Marco and Luca Negri who start well achieving a bullet despite leading initially, loosing for ITA 259 at the downwind and then recovering the lead in a tight crossing at the weather mark to control later and not lose the one. Behind it came ITA 194 helmed by Massimo Cattaneo sailing with Bostjan Antoncic and Marco Zanardi .

The wind dropped a bit for the second race but it was clearly dominated by ITA 259 from a strong start and perfect control of the race over ITA 252 and ITA 119 helmed by Marta Garrone sailing only with Marco Garrone. The wind decrease helped the Garrone who had more difficulties on the first race.

The third race and last one to crown the champion saw another strong start from ITA 259 and perfect control over the entire fleet that unbelievable had super tight last mark rounding (gate) and AUT 86 helmed by Ekkehart Stenhuber sailing with Katharina Steinhuber and Phillip Weis as clear winners finishing second just ahead again ITA 119.

The next event in Italy will be the Alpen Cup to be held in Reschensee a super location, event that will also have visitors from Germany and USA.
