The Soling named Sanbo ESP 146 leaded by Carlos Elosegui sailing with Guillermo Parodi and Tomas Peuvrel and representing the Soling Spanish class, became victorious at the French Nationals held at YCLB, La Baule from July 27 to 30.

4 days of competition where 11 races under different wind conditions from 8 to 16 knots, making the event to be technical and highly competitive. The team from Madrid displayed a solid and constant performance at the French waters, which allowed them to trap the competition.

The second place went to Jolly Jumper - FRA 210 the team from Angers leaded by Vincent Manach sailing with Francois-Xavier Denis and Stephanie Benon in their recently new Soling. In third place went to the local team sailing Lea - FRA 182 Yves Allain, Jean Cristophe Mouille and Jacques Moreau.

The team thanks the Spanish Sailing Federation (RFEV) for their constant support to the Spanish Soling class, and also the YCLB and local Francois Gombeaud, the French Soling secretary and their hospitality and great event organization marked by the great competition and truly sportsmanship.
