After a non-successful sailing day on Saturday where teams were kept afloat waiting for a wind that never came and when it did, it likely was spinning around like a carrousel. The Soling fleet gathered together at the main pool's bar of the CNSI, received the typical barbecue with “chorizos” as starters, then the real meat and then as closure the pig's “bondiola” a tender cut that melts in a sandwich, all this wetted in beer for the fully fledged, and soda for the rookies found in an optimist full of ice to cool down the beverages.

Sunday the last day of the event, was not a promising day, teams were ready to a tow around 0830 am to the racecourse. A light breeze from the Southeast filled in and the first race of the day started at 1030am, the Solings did their three lap rounds with the mini reach, racing that "the end was only at the end", with fabulous recovers from teams dead last to at least finish third ARG 34 Cappagli, Padilla and Ravazzi on the first race.
Team BRA 73 after being over-early on second race together with USA 853 (Collins, Jordana, Celedoni), just escaped to its second bullet of the day.
Also at the third race of the day an intense exchange of leaders ARG 3 (Maffei, Morgan, Bermudez), ARG 32 (Warburg kid, Burg, Caviglia), ARG 37 (Warburg, Celedoni, Roldan) and USA 853 happened and at the end USA 853 had the worst obtaining its 5th place overall a curse that can't be overcome.
ARG 34 with better places won the tie to obtain the 4th place and with two excellent seconds during the day, the kids from ARG 32 stole the podium from the veterans by a point. In second place ARG 37 and the winners of the South American Championship 2025 with a race to spare, were the team BRA 73 (Bergenthal, Goldmeier, Oppitz) .

The Brazilian team is training hard for the upcoming World Championship to be held at their yacht club next November. That hopefully will have new boats to offer for rent or sale, a co shared effort including team BRA 73 who are driving model and templates for the boat building process. The company responsible to build the ones www.holosbrasil.com

The Brazilians were crowned in a crowded prize giving at the main building of the yacht club, with navy band included, they were already celebrating, since their boat was fully packed for the trip, some rest hours and early morning they start their 1400km journey, but satisfied with glory.
