2025 ISA Annual Meetings

The 2025 ISA Annual General and Committee Meeting will be held on November 19 of 2025 , 0900 AM at Veleiros do Sul, Porto Alegre, Brazil..
This before racing during the 2025 World Championship, if necessary it will continue the next morning. Soon the office will post and forward NSA representatives and ISA committee members the Agenda for the one.
This notice being published on August 13, 2025 in compliance with ISA Constitution 5.3.5 and 5.3.8

A crowded event at the Pantano in Madrid welcoming vistors from France and the baptism of a new Soling made by Liebner in Bavaria crowned the local and veteran team leaded by Carlos Elosegui, Cuco Gomez and Juan Jimenez after they managed a last day of racing with all finishes at the top 5 places with their Sambo, ESP 146.

The best comeback was made by team Rondam, ESP 34 sailed by Jaime Alonso Allende, Tomas Peuvrel and Julio Soria who achieved three bullets in the last day and made their revival at the podium managing to finish second overall.

Team Tirma ESP 26 sailed by Robin Imaz, Jorge de la Nuez and Jaime Herbada with two good finishes at top three in the last day also kicked them up to finish third overall just a point ahead ESP 1 sailed by Mikel Alvarez, Claudio Montalban and Eduardo Olmos who also had great finishes at the last day.

The new Soling had two good finishes, the first race and the last one (5-6), and Marc Lefevre, Daniel Kersimon and Francois Gombeaud sailing the new boat ad their first experience with the difficult winds in the swamp.

The Spanish Championship will be again scheduled fin between April and May in 2024.
