Lega Navale Italiana of Mandello del Lario was founded in 1966 and it is one of the most important sailing clubs of Lake Como.

It has about 600 members, more than 300 boat spots, five sailing teams (Optimist, 420, 470, H22monotype, IlCA master) with more than 50 athletes.

The Great Alfio Peraboni, two times Star class olympic medalist, was born in our club and other great young sailors represent LNI Mandello in the most important racing course of the world!

The nice Marina and the wonderful club house are a mixture between elegance, relax and sportiness.

Every year we host many national and international sailing competition. The unique racing area is normally characterized by light south wind, often tricky and very technical. Sometimes we also have strong winds and big waves from north that usually enjoy our visitors.

Ashore you can relax in the little garden behind the club house drinking a cold drink from our cafeteria.

Our motto is "we make our guests feel like they are at home"
