The ISA office reaches you to inform that the Soling Sailing Magazines for the year of 2021 are ready!!!

Their distribution starts right after the Erich Hirt Preis, to occur next weekend, hosted by the BYC and with a greet entry list amongst Germans, Austrians and Dutch sailors, unfortunately US was banned due to quarantine restrictions at this time….

The magazines due to the pandemic situation, won't be totally distributed by the post, the class don't want to relay entirely in system besides the class needs to save as much as possible to face this difficult times. The magazines will be distributed amongst all those who have already paid their 2021 membership dues, if you haven't renewed, please contact your National Soling Association. If you have done it and didn't receive your card also contact them and copy the class office, they might be short in stickers and cards.

Once again you can collect the magazine, the one counts with a fantastic work from our estelar new editor Dave Baum, therefore my English “perfections” might be absent, but you still should enjoy the hard work done it.
Note if you are new in the class and wants older issues of the magazine, the office has in stock since 2004 all the ones produced under this secretary mandate. They are free for all the class members, only shipping should be covered and a beer once met the secretary off course… what would be life without a tip...

The magazines distribution will start with handover in person to the German Treasurer, Austrian Secretary and a Dutch representative at the Erich Hirt Preis.
Susanne Küffer exceptionally will also absorb the task to deliver by post magazines to Norway, Sweden, Great Britain and Australia right after the event, keep an eye don't let your dog bite it, it lose 50% of the value and might be unreadable…
The rest of the countries will only see the bright light during the Zipfer Trophy when I hope, this secretary after self isolation in a car, in an unkown address will be cleared from quarantine to sail for and by the beer and later one handle the magazines for USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Hungary, Ukraine, Russia, Spain and France at the event and or at the Worlds or Europeans.

The ISA encourage you to sail as much as you can, it is probably one of the safest outdoor sport (if you keep it outdoors), soon winter will come and possibly besides the Delta variant we might also have the x,y and z-variant that will keep us busy reading the newspapers and graphs while adjusting the stove, besides eventually more jabs to come.(a secret source tells me that this one nurses will look into our arses instead our arms…).
