Some people might find trouble trying to login:
Possible reasons:
-Sometimes is due to their membership status, your NSA shall forward the list of ISA members everytime the one is updated in order to ISA update your record, if record is not updated oyu may login but you won´t be able to perform most of functions.
-Bounced login after 10 min of inactivity, the session created once you login only lasts 10 min, if you do not show activity in whithin 10 min the session expires and login then fails.
-If you still have trouble you might not be allowing the soling.com cookies in your browser, they are necessary to the login process: Follow these instructions
In some way I had problems with cookies. Therefore under (Internet Explorer) Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Sites I changed following settings: Under Manage Sites I added soling.com as Always Allow
