To recover your password/user combination is easy, just click on menu LOGIN.
At the interface bottom place, where the section to recover password is located, place your email you think is the one used to register or your current userID then submit clicking the button .
An email will arrive at the emails registered under your record with the new credentials.
NOTE: Some people didn't registerd themselves, the ISA office did that, and they might not have an email associated to their record with the impossibility to register and recover their password, please send an email to admin@soling.com so this situation is fixed.
